The "BKGCuclc Fonts.sea" file is a self-extracting archive containing different sizes of a color font that can be installed on a Macintosh. Once properly installed, these fonts are available to all applications (programs) and are most useful in conjonction with a sequence editor. I have used the editor in the PAUP package available ($100.00) from

but others will do. To install the fonts, copy the "BKGCuclc Fonts.sea" file to your hard disk and double-click on it. The expanded "BKGCuclc Fonts" file will then appear. System 7 users: Drag this file to your system folder, et voila! System 6 and earlier: Use Font/DA Mover to install BKGCuclc Fonts. Start your favorite editor, select a nucleic acid sequence and apply the BKGCuclc Font to it. Assuming that your color monitor properly set up, you should instantly see the difference.
